Nanpukan

The Nanpukan houses the Career Support Center, which acts as the center of employment support activities. It also contains the General Affairs Division, the Financial Affairs Division, and the Admission Center. The Nanpukan is the oldest building on campus and has a relaxed atmosphere.

Meikokan

Completed in August 1970, in the second year of the school’s operation. This three-story building houses one large classroom, two medium classrooms, and two small classrooms as well as faculty laboratories.

Bioenvironmental Building

The 11-story Bioenvironmental Building, completed in 2006, houses the classrooms, laboratories, and research labs of the Faculty of Bioenvironmental Science. Three large laboratories with a capacity of 120 students are equipped with the latest equipment and eight video monitors on each ceiling. Thus, students can expect the same learning experience no matter where they sit. This building also houses many other laboratories and state-of-the-art experimental and research equipment available for different research purposes.

The student cafeteria occupies the entire first floor of Hakuun Hall and seats approximately 750 people. The food is hot, tasty, and reasonably priced, and the large portions are sure to satisfy even the most voracious of students. The Yuai cafe on the second floor seats about 150 people, and in addition to serving tasty snacks, it also offers a great view of the campus and the surrounding nature.

The Nurse’s Office is located on the second floor of Hakuun Hall. In order to support the health of students, the school doctors provides medical examinations and physical checkups, first aid for minor illnesses and injuries, and health counseling. Please feel free to consult with the nurses and doctors at any time if you feel even the slightest bit of physical discomfort. Students, including those who live in student lodgings, tend to neglect their dietary needs. The Health Office provides advice on how to stay healthy during your time at school.

Gymnasium

Completed in July 1996 (part of the second ground was completed in September 1999). There is an archery range, six tennis courts, and a second sports field.
Clubhouse 1

Completed in July 1985, this building has two storeys. Club House 1 contains club rooms, meeting rooms, storage rooms, etc.

Completed in February 1999, Clubhouse 2 is a two-storey building. Multimedia Studio (Hobunkan)

In addition to the multi-studio where full-scale TV shooting can be done, the Multimedia Studio also contains a TV control room, radio studio, and radio editing room, from which campus broadcasts are transmitted.
Tea Ceremony Room (Annex)

In the Hobunkan Annex, there is an authentic tea ceremony room with a front garden where students can experience tea ceremony. It is used for practical training and activities of the tea ceremony club, allowing students to casually enjoy traditional Japanese culture.

The bus terminal at Kameoka Campus has a roof, so it is comfortable even on rainy days.
The access time to the university is about 9 minutes from JR Kameoka Station and about 30 minutes from JR Katsuragawa Station and Hankyu Katsura Station. KUAS students can use special discount tickets for a low fare of 121 yen between Kameoka Station and the university, and 264 yen between Katsura Station/Katsuragawa Station and the university.
