Spring Vacation Business Hours (Kyoto Kameoka Campus)

Family Mart (University Hall 1F)

1st Floor Cafeteria LIBRE (Hakuun Hall 1F)

The new cafeteria on the 2nd floor will start operating on Wednesday, February 12.
About Kyoto Kameoka Campus
The Kameoka Campus is located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. Kameoka City is adjacent to Kyoto City and is a prosperous bedroom community to Kyoto and Osaka, and it takes about 20 minutes between Kyoto and Kameoka by rapid train on the JR Sagano Line.
The Kyoto Kameoka Campus still retains the original appearance of Nanpukan and Senshin Pond. Since then, with the opening of new faculties and departments, the campus buildings and sports zones have been improved and developed into what it is today.
Training Room (Clubhouse 2 2F)
The Kameoka Campus training room is equipped with the latest equipment and has instructors on hand. Please use it as a place to train your club members and to improve your health. An introductory training course is required to prevent accidents and injuries. Training room hours will be posted on the student bulletin system as well as the website.
Computer Room (Kofukan 1F)
This room deals with network and computer related issues. There is also an open room where everyone can use the computers freely. In addition to the Kofukan, there are computer rooms on the 2nd floor of the Yushinkan, the 2nd floor of the Hobunkan, and the 3rd floor of the Bioenvironmental Building.
Library (Library and Bioenvironmental Building 1F)
The library network at KUAS is equipped for both research and study, with a seating capacity of about 400, a collection of 390,000 books, and 1,700 Japanese and foreign journal titles. In addition, the library contains a video archive with about 3,000 DVD titles available for viewing. When entering the library, please remember to bring your student ID card.

2nd Floor Cafeteria Yuai (Hakuun Hall 2F)
Due to renovations the Cafeteria Yuai (Hakuun Hall 2F) is closed as of September 19, 2024. Please use the cafeteria LIBRE (Hakuun Hall 1F) until the renovations are completed.
ATM
A Kyoto Bank ATM is located in front of the Kofukan.
AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) Locations
In front of the nurse’s office on the 2nd floor of the Hakuun Hall, in the lobby on the 2nd floor of the Kofukan, in the entrance on the 1st floor of the Hobunkan, in the lobby on the 2nd floor of the Yushinkan, in the entrance on the 1st floor and in the office on the 6th floor of the Bioenvironmental Building , in front of the training room (2nd floor of Clubhouse 2), in front of the office on the 2nd floor of the gymnasium, and at Sports Field 2.
University Offices
The Kameoka Campus has a variety of administrative offices for different purposes. The business hours of each office is from 8:30 to 17:00 on weekdays. Other office hours may be set depending on the office and the time of year, such as during summer vacation.

Class hours on Kameoka Campus differ from those of Uzumasa Campus.
Sports Facilities
The university supports independent sports activities with the aim of promoting healthy lifelong sports activities and fostering human resources who can contribute to society by developing a rich lifestyle. Please use the sports facilities on campus for the purpose of communicating with other students and maintaining and improving your health.
Sports Facility Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:30 – 16:30. Note: Classes should always take priority of training.
For use during other days and times, please consult with the Student Affairs Center (Kofukan) on Kameoka Campus in advance.
Usage of Sports Facilities
On Mondays through Fridays when classes are in session, please fill out an application form at the Gymnasium Office and present your student ID card. If you wish to use the sports facilities as a part of a seminar unit for a class, the instructor in charge or the (student) representative of the seminar must notify the Gymnasium Office in advance and borrow the necessary equipment.
Precautions When Using the Sports Facilities
Do warm-up exercises to prevent injuries and accidents. Strictly observe the precautions for each machine, room, etc. In case of damage to the facilities or equipment, notify the staff immediately. Be sure to clean up after yourself and return all borrowed equipment.
