Admitted Students

Tuition and Fees

All students are required to pay their tuition every semester. However, the first semester is an exception to this rule, with enrollment fees that must be paid according to a certain schedule. Prospective students must complete the payment of these fees by their assigned deadlines. Prospective students who do not complete these payments on time without justifiable reason (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.) may forfeit their enrollment eligibility.
Invoices for spring semester school fees will be sent out to students around the start of the semester, usually by mid-April.

Please refer to the invoices issued by KUAS for instructions on how to pay your fees.

Scholarships for Privately Financed International Students

International students are potentially eligible to apply to various types of extramural scholarships provided by institutions including the national Japanese government, local government and private foundations. Check the page below for a non-exhaustive list of scholarships. Please note that the vast majority of these scholarships require applicants to demonstrate at least one year of excellent academic performance in a Japanese university before applying.
