  • Professor Kazuhiko Mori’s research topics include the potential of branding from the setting of industry and management purpose through digitalization, value co-creation through service-dominant logic, starting businesses from effectuation, and utilization of design thinking, among others.

    In 1983, Professor Mori earned his degree in English and American Literature from the Faculty of Letters, Keio University and was engaged in planning and implementing marketing and communication activities for clients at a major advertising company. He eventually returned to his studies and obtained his Master’s in Informatics from the Graduate School of Humanities and Socials, University of Tokyo. From there, he began working at a brand design company, where he was in charge of branding consulting. In 2014, he was appointed as a professor of Management Strategy at Kwansei Gakuin University and currently works as a professor at the Institute for International Academic Research at Kyoto University of Advanced Science.
