2023 Graduation Ceremony – KUAS Engineering’s First Graduating Class

On March 21, 2024, KUAS held the academic 2023 Graduation Ceremony for spring entry students at Miyako Messe in Kyoto City.

729 undergraduate and 24 graduate students officially graduated from KUAS, leaving high hopes in the hearts of the guests, relatives, faculty and staff in attendance to congratulate them.

The festivities began with President Maeda presenting diplomas to each faculty representative. Following this, the Chairman’s Prize and Sawamura Prize were awarded to students who excelled in their studies and extracurricular activities, respectively.

In his address, President Maeda encouraged the graduates saying, “Congratulations on your graduation. I sincerely hope that you will become the leaders of the new era and are proactive in your future careers. It is you who makes the future. Move Ahead.”

In his congratulatory address, Chairman Nagamori stated, “Today is a great day for all of you to begin your new journey. The world is full of opportunities, and those who work hard will be presented with those opportunities. I want you all to become graduates who are excellent human beings. A shining life awaits you tomorrow. Good luck to you all.”

After receiving the congratulatory address, Hayate Tokuyama and Kodai Takada expressed their deep gratitude and determination on behalf of undergraduates and graduates respectively.
