  • Dr. Genjiro Urakawa is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at KUAS. He has an interest in Public Law in Japan and obtained his Doctor of Juridical Science from Hiroshima University in 2022.

    In recent days, he is especially interested in amnesty, forgiveness, and mercy in law and often refers to Anglo-American Public Law and the philosophy of law related to such issues.

    Dr. Urakawa mainly instructs Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and lectures for public servant exams.
