Undergraduate Visa Information

International applicants are permitted to stay in Japan for the purpose of studying. At KUAS, we make it a priority to ensure that your visa application goes as smoothly as possible. Once an applicant has been accepted to our program, they will be instructed to submit all information required for their visa application directly to KUAS. The International Office will then perform all the necessary application procedures on the applicant’s behalf. Later, the applicant will receive a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from KUAS, which they must take to the Japanese embassy in their country to obtain their student visa.

To ensure that you receive your COE in a timely manner, please ensure that you submit all documents and payments on before their deadlines, including all documents which demonstrate your financial solvency.

After receiving your COE, you will be required to go to the Japanese embassy yourself to complete the procedure. Specific details will be provided to successful applicants along with their admission results.
