研究内容
挑戦（challenge）は、幸せで創造的な人生の実現に重要な役割を果たしています。私は、学際的な「挑戦研究」を提案し、その構築に取り組んでいます。個人・集団の挑戦を含む活動やプロセスを、主に心理学や経営学等の学際的観点から研究しています。また、適切な挑戦に関する知識とスキルを向上させるための教育の開発にも取り組んでいます。 The concept of challenge, which is used in multiple areas of study including psychology, management, education, and history, plays an important role in well-being, performance, creativity, learning, and leadership. I propose to build interdisciplinary studies of activities and processes involving challenges ("challengership studies"), and conduct research on challengership at the individual and collective levels from interdisciplinary perspectives that include psychology and management. Moreover, I work on developing education to enhance knowledge and skills regarding appropriate challenges.

How can we continue to take on and embrace challenges optimally? The goal of my course is for students to acquire the knowledge and skills regarding appropriate challenges from scientific and interdisciplinary perspectives.
