After you receive your admission offer from KUAS, you must go through the following steps to enroll at KUAS (Click each process to expand).
The Admission Procedure Guidelines and several documents which are very important for your admission procedure can be downloaded from the Documents/Form page of this site. Please read all the documents carefully, especially the guidelines, because they explain what you need to do to enroll.
In addition to the above, you will receive the link to Offer of Admission Reply Form from the International Admissions Office via email. Fill out the online form and submit it by due date.

Complete the payments by following the payment guidelines and the instructions on the invoices set along with your admission offer email. You can make both your 1st and 2nd payments simultaneously if you would like. After the International Admissions Office confirms both your 1st and 2nd payments, KUAS will issue an official “Letter of Admission”. This letter will be sent to you by email.

- 1st payment: Admission fee, Enrollment Deposit (only for undergraduate Super KUAS-E and 100% KUAS-E Scholarship recipients)
- 2nd payment: Partial tuition fee, facility fee, laboratory fee, and association fees (and association fees for undergraduate students)

Complete and submit all admission-related documents. There are paper-based and online submissions, with their respective deadlines. Please check the Admission Procedure Guidelines and COE/VISA page for more information on required documents. See below for submission deadlines.

Submitting the correct documents according to schedule is essential to ensuring that the visa process goes smoothly and is completed in a timely manner.
Fill out the Student Housing Registration Form that will be sent in May to register for the dormitory you wish to live in. Please see the Housing page for more details.
Note: If you wish to live in housing other than the dormitories, please contact a real estate agency on your own.

You will receive a COE issued by the Japanese Immigration Bureau from the KUAS International Liaison Office. We expect this sometime in mid-July to mid-August. Take your COE and documents that you are required to submit to your local Japanese Embassy / Consulate and apply for a student visa. (If you are receiving support from an agency, contact them for assistance with the visa application process.)
